Ms. Lafferty was admitted to the practice law in New Jersey in 1978, concentrating primarily in handling Workers' Compensation cases. As a Deputy Attorney General, she represented the Second Injury Fund (State Fund designated for certain total disability claims), the Bureau of Risk Management (representing the State in matters involving claims filed by injured State workers) and the Division of Pension and Benefits, wherein she concentrated in handling claims for Ordinary and Accidental Disability Pension benefits. She now concentrates primarily in litigation of Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation claims filed on behalf of injured workers.
